Privacy Policy

When using our service we collect: • Account: name, email, password (hashed) • Usage: clicks, page views (analytics) • Technical: IP, browser, OS, language • Cookies: session management and preferences

• Essential: session ID, language (NEXT_LOCALE), system/farm selection • Preference: theme, panel options • Analytics: not used (no Google Analytics) • Marketing: not used

Klyrix works with: • Supabase — database (EU region) • Vercel — application hosting (EU region) • Stripe — payments (card data not seen by Klyrix) • Resend / AWS SES — email delivery • Cloudflare — DNS and security • Contabo — backup storage (EU, Germany) • Sentry — error monitoring (optional) • Telegram — operator alerts (optional) • ip-api.com — location lookup from the public IP address of a VPN connection (processing location and transfer basis not yet documented — under legal review) Their respective privacy policies apply.

• Connections over the public internet are encrypted with TLS (1.2 or higher). The only exception is internal: the first hop of screen recording (DVR) and activity data from the RDS server to the hub on our internal server network uses plain HTTP without TLS at the application layer and is carried only inside an encrypted WireGuard tunnel • Database access via role-based access control • Passwords hashed with bcrypt • Backups encrypted and stored in different region • Access logs maintained and audited regularly

Klyrix VDS does not serve users under 18. Account holders are commercial entities or individuals operating in commercial capacity.

We update this policy from time to time. Material changes are notified to your registered email. Check the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
