How Klyrix collects, uses and protects your data.

1) Data We Collect
When using our service we collect:
• Account: name, email, password (hashed)
• Usage: clicks, page views (analytics)
• Technical: IP, browser, OS, language
• Cookies: session management and preferences
2) Cookies
• Essential: session ID, language (NEXT_LOCALE), system/farm selection
• Preference: theme, panel options
• Analytics: not used (no Google Analytics)
• Marketing: not used
3) Third-Party Providers
Klyrix works with:
• Supabase — database (EU region)
• Vercel — application hosting (EU region)
• Stripe — payments (card data not seen by Klyrix)
• Resend / AWS SES — email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS and security
Their respective privacy policies apply.
4) Data Security
• All connections encrypted with TLS 1.3
• Database access via role-based access control
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt
• Backups encrypted and stored in different region
• Access logs maintained and audited regularly
5) Children
Klyrix VDS does not serve users under 18. Account holders are commercial entities or individuals operating in commercial capacity.
6) Policy Updates
We update this policy from time to time. Material changes are notified to your registered email. Check the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
