Terms of Service

Klyrix VDS is a SaaS product offering redundant RDP infrastructure, WireGuard security tunnel, session recording, AppLocker, permission matrix and automated maintenance — all from one panel. Provided by Klyrix Yazılım.

As account holder: • You ensure information accuracy • You are responsible for all actions on your account • You secure your password; change it immediately if compromised • You may not share your account

• Billing is calendar-month based; prior month invoiced on the 1st • Plan fee + per-user $99 (from 4th user) + HR Module $5/user (if active) consolidated in one invoice • Yearly billing saves 17% • Unpaid invoices may suspend account after 7 days • Cancellation: any time; no refund for remaining period

Klyrix targets: • Monthly uptime: 99.9% Pro plans, 99.5% Starter • Failover (Pro + Warm): under 30 seconds • Cold restore (Pro + Cold): under 15 minutes Below target, credit on next invoice prorated. Indirect damages (lost revenue) not covered.

Klyrix VDS may not be used for: • Illegal content hosting/distribution • Spam, malware, phishing • DDoS or service disruption attacks • Infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademark) • Attacks or reverse engineering of Klyrix infrastructure Violation may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

On subscription end: • Data kept in cold storage for 30 days (restore window) • After 30 days, all data permanently deleted • Export available before deletion on request

Klyrix does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Klyrix's total liability cannot exceed total billed amount in the 12 months preceding the incident. Indirect, incidental, consequential damages (lost profits, data loss) excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

Klyrix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to your registered email 30 days in advance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
