3. Sanctions compliance

Klyrix screens accounts and traffic against the U.S. OFAC SDN list, the UAE Central Bank sanctions list, and equivalent EU / UK / UN regimes. Access from comprehensively-sanctioned regions — currently Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk — is blocked at the network edge with an HTTP 451 response.

Customers must not knowingly facilitate access to the platform from these regions for sanctioned persons or entities. Suspected false positives may appeal at /sanctions-appeal.

4. Enforcement

  • Investigation — we review reports and platform telemetry. Where possible we contact the customer administrator first.
  • Warning + 24-hour cure window for non-severe violations.
  • Suspension of the affected feature, workspace, or account where the violation is severe or unresolved.
  • Termination of the agreement for repeated or egregious violations, per the Terms.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement on receipt of a binding legal order.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to abuse@klyrix.com. Provide the URL or workspace identifier, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We acknowledge abuse reports within two business days.
