1. Your rights at a glance
- GDPR / UK GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, no automated decisions.
- UAE PDPL — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data transfer.
- KVKK (Türkiye) — bilgi, düzeltme, silme, üçüncü kişilere bildirim, otomatik analize itiraz, tazminat.
- CCPA / CPRA (California) — know, delete, opt-out of sale (n/a — we do not sell), non-discrimination.
2. How to submit
Use the form below or email privacy@klyrix.com. For requests routed through your employer’s Klyrix workspace, please contact your administrator first — they may be able to resolve the request directly.
3. Response timeline
We respond within 30 days of receipt (GDPR / UK / UAE / KVKK). Complex requests may extend by an additional 60 days, and we will inform you of the extension and the reason.
4. Verification
To protect your data we may need to verify your identity — typically by sending a confirmation email to the address on file, or, for sensitive requests, by asking for additional proof of identity. We only use this proof to process the request and discard it afterwards.
5. Fees
Standard requests are free. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (especially if repetitive) may incur a reasonable administrative fee, which we will quote and obtain consent for before proceeding.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You may complain to your local supervisory authority. A non-exhaustive list:
