Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Summary
Klyrix offers monthly and annual subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month / first paid year. Add-on purchases are non-refundable once activated.
2. Subscription terms
- Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Billing cycle: You are charged on the day of subscription; subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day each cycle.
- Tier upgrades: Charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period; difference billed immediately.
- Tier downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle; no refund for the unused portion of the higher tier.
- Add-ons: Billed alongside the base subscription on the same cycle. Each add-on is non-refundable once activated (because access is granted immediately).
3. How to cancel
- Log in to app.klyrix.com.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription (opens Stripe Customer Portal).
- Click Cancel plan.
- Confirm. You'll see an immediate confirmation email.
Alternative: email support@klyrix.com from the email address on file. We confirm cancellation within 1 business day.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with Klyrix within 30 calendar days of your first paid month (or first paid year), we'll refund the entire amount, no questions asked. Conditions:
- You must request the refund from the email address on file.
- One refund per organization (cannot re-purchase + re-refund).
- Add-on charges are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
- Refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method. Bank settlement typically takes 5-10 business days.
5. Pro-rata refunds (after the first month)
After the 30-day money-back window, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Exceptions:
- Service unavailability covered by SLA: See our SLA credit table (10/25/50% of the monthly fee depending on uptime achieved).
- Annual plan early cancellation: No partial refund. You retain access through the end of the annual period.
- Duplicate charges / accidental billing: We refund the duplicate within 1 business day of confirming the issue.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive an email at each attempt. If all retries fail:
- Your account enters a 7-day grace period with full access.
- After grace period, the account is suspended (read-only).
- After 30 days of suspension, data is deleted per our Retention Policy.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@klyrix.com before initiating a chargeback. We typically resolve billing disputes within 2 business days. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination per our Terms of Service.
8. Sandbox (free trial) terms
The 14-day Sandbox tenant is free and requires no payment method. Sandbox tenants are automatically deleted after 14 days unless you convert to a paid subscription. No refund applies because no charge was made.
9. How to request a refund
- Email billing@klyrix.com from the email address on file.
- Subject line:
Refund request — [your organization name] - Include the invoice ID (e.g.
in_1NXxxx) from your receipt email. - Brief reason (helps us improve; not required for the 30-day guarantee).
We respond within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval. Bank settlement is subject to Stripe + your card issuer's processing time (typically 5-10 business days, sometimes up to 30 for international cards).
10. Currency
All Klyrix invoices are issued in USD. Refunds are returned in the original currency of the charge. If your card was charged in a non-USD currency due to your bank's exchange rate, the exchange-back may result in a small variance — this is set by your card issuer, not Klyrix.
